New Year Eve's Roll Cake

I baked a roll cake for New Year Eve. It was not that successful. I put lots of cream to hide it. Last year, I baked a cheese cake:

I do not like too sweet cake. Usual strategy for me is to make a cake itself not so sweet and put lots of fruit.

One night in December

Mini-Usagi was doing fine while I was cooking. The first dish is Beef with Potatoes in Japanese style. The second is Shrimp in Chili sauce (Chinese style). The third dish was Salmon in Mediterranean style. Israeli friend taught me how to cook this.

Christmas dinner

This is our Christmas dinner. We usually have robsters for Christmas dinner. Robster this year was cooked in French style.
